Ages 8-12 years old. Skills to work on are back walk overs, front walk overs, round offs, and back hand springs.
Ages 9-15 years old. Skills to work on are back hand springs, round off back handsprings, front walk overs, and back walk over back handsprings.
Ages 12-19. Skills to work on are back hand springs, back tucks, standing series back handsprings.
